Pain In Joints
Welcome to my website, Pain In Joints. I have dealt with pain in joints for more than 20 years and made some extremely serious mistakes with the way I handled it, actually causing much more pain and suffering in my life. I created this site to help others avoid my mistakes.
Please know that a number of links on this site are to awesome products for which I’d receive remuneration if you make a purchase. I recommend them because I use them myself and I’m blown away by how good they are.

1) You should see at least one doctor for a proper medical diagnosis regarding what causes inflammation, swelling & pain in your joints.
2) You need to find a safe — meaning, drug-free — fast and effective way to stop your joint pain.
If the pain is not chronic, the occasional pain pill will, in all likelihood, not kill you. But, if your joint pain is a regular part of your life, you definitely need a safer alternative.
When you see your doctor, after her physical examinations of your body, the medical diagnosis may or may not indicate that the stiffness, pain and discomfort you are experiencing in either, your knees, fingers, hands, arms, joints, muscles, tendons, bones, shoulders, knuckles, elbows, neck, back, hip, legs, ankles, feet or toes, stems from arthritis or another condition.
If it is arthritis, your doctor will usually be able to diagnose if it’s osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis.) The source of the pain could conceivably be lupus complications, fibromyalgia, possibly a deformity, or even ganglion cysts.
For most doctors, a major part of the treatment for your conditions will include instructions to take oral pain killers, either of the prescription or the over the counter variety.
If you use them for temporary relief from symptoms & occasional discomfort of the affected areas, that can be acceptable, but for daily and consistent relief of your pain in joints, you really need something better and safer. Your health and your family’s health & well being depends on it.
If you notice pain in joints, or joint movement stiffness, when you are lifting weight, writing, knitting or any number of day to day activities, you will want to learn about natural alternatives to your discomfort, including supplements & types of food that have been scientifically shown to reduce this type of pain.
A lot of people think that a warmer climate will cure their pain in joints, but I have searched for scientific validation from sources like the Mayo Clinic and I have yet to find conclusive evidence. Indeed, research has shown mixed results regarding pain caused by colder climates, or warmth, reducing pain symptoms.
Even if a warmer climate were to be shown to reduce joint discomfort gradually, everyone, obviously can not relocate. Therefore, it’s better to focus on things we know that work, (and that anyone can get without costing them an arm and a leg.)
With that in mind, see the page on this site, entitled, Joint Pain Solutions.
